You make me smile.
You make me laugh
I know we weren’t perfect,
But we were like sisters.

We wanted to hang out more
I know we would have
And I know your soul was pure.
I know that you are far away.

I can not focus in class
Knowing you are gone.
I know I need to smile
And be strong.

You were great and touched many lives
You are loved in many ways
And I will someday see you again
I just gotta move forward.

You are in my heart now and forever
You have inspired me to do poetry again.
